NOTE
CLASS101 may not process your infringement report when there are no reasonable bases for it.
In addition, if the report includes any false or misleading information, civil liability for damages or criminal liability may be imposed in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Purpose of Collection and Use: Identification of the IP owner/the informant and delivery of results related to the reported IP rights infringement
Article: Name, Mobile Number, and E-mail Address of the IP owner/the informant
Retention and Use Period: The information will be stored for 3 years from the end of the reporting process for additional measures, such as processing the violation of rights report and informing the parties in the dispute. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfil the identified purposes will be destroyed without delay.
You have the right to refuse to the collection and use of your personal information, and this may limit the reporting to the IP Infringement Report Center.
